Terms & Conditions
- Authenticity: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
- Eligibility: The vendor must be a supplier, manufacturer, retailer, hotel, restaurant, or caterer engaged in the business of high-quality food products.
- Confidentiality: Any business-related discussions, pricing, and customer data shared between Uttam Source and the vendor must remain confidential.
- Marketing & Promotions: Uttam Source may use vendor / partner-related details (such as brand name, logo, and product catalog) for promotional purposes within its platform. By signing this contract vendor / partner agrees to allow Uttam Source to do marketing activity at it’s premises.
- Amendments: Uttam Source reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with prior notification to vendors.
- Vendors/Partners are required to align with the marketing plans and schemes introduced by Uttam Source from time to time.
- All disputes subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
